Our "Made-to-Order" Commitment 🐾

At Sausage Style Wear, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Every item you order is printed and manufactured individually for you the moment your order is placed in our Doxie Utopia. This Print-on-Demand approach allows us to maintain our premium quality standards while remaining sustainable and avoiding waste.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each product is custom-made to your specific order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection.

  • Sizing: To ensure the perfect fit, please refer to the specific Stanley/Stella Creator 2.0 size guides provided on each product page before making your purchase.

  • Cancellations: Once an order is sent to production (usually within a few hours), it cannot be cancelled or modified as Maverick and the team have already started their work!

Damaged or Faulty Items

We want you to love your purchase as much as Fifi loves a sunny spot! If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during transit, we will provide a 100% replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  1. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.

  2. You must provide a clear photograph of the defect or damage via email.

  3. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent via Royal Mail Tracked or issue a full refund.

How to Request a Replacement

Important: Do not return the item to the "sender" address on the package without prior authorisation. This is a fulfilment warehouse and they cannot process returns.

  2. We will review your request and guide you through the next steps within 2 business days.
